has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4\">\n<li>Squad placement is based on ability, commitment, and readiness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All swimmers are required to attend an assessment session prior to placement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attendance at all scheduled training sessions is compulsory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitive swimmers are required to participate in competitions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The programme prioritises long-term athlete development over short-term results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color are aligned with the programme structure and expectations are welcome to submit an enquiry for assessment consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enquiries should be submitted by a
