ability, commitment, and readiness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All swimmers are required to attend an assessment session prior to placement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attendance at all scheduled training sessions is compulsory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitive swimmers are required to participate in competitions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The programme prioritises long-term athlete development over short-term
